Stefan is the founder of Dialog. He is a former marine, has studied philosophy, and is an ethicist and legal philosopher. Over the years, Stefan has specialized in behavior change. His goal with Dialog is to help employees bring out the best in themselves so that they can contribute maximally to the success of the organization.

With over 10 years of experience in the SaaS, Cloud & Tech industries, and a focus on HR and talent organizations, Jeroen is a leader specialized in Customer Success and team dynamics. At OpenUp, the Customer Success Team makes mental well-being accessible to more than 1100 customers worldwide. Previously, Jeroen served as the Global Head of Sales & Customer Success at Northern Data Cloud Services and as a Program Manager at LinkedIn, among other roles. In his free time, he is a big sports enthusiast and follower of motorsports.

Jet Delhij is a seasoned Learning & Development Specialist. She recently joined Lamb Weston in the EMEA region and started improving the onboarding as her first focus project.

Noor is a passionate and result-oriented talent development professional. She worked in strategy consulting and technology industries in the field of Talent Development & Employee experience. Currently, her focus is on scaling and refining the onboarding experience globally.

Together with Dialog, Pim helps employees bring out the best in themselves so that they can contribute maximally to the success of the organization. Employee engagement is central to this. Lotte is the project leader for the preboarding app at the Ministry of Defence. In this role, she helps new colleagues start their journey in this unique organization. As an occupational and organizational psychologist, she has a passion for combining employee experience with organizational goals, and strives to ensure simplify language and processes for employees in all her projects, from the recruitment phase to the final step of their journey.


With 17 years of experience as an e-learning specialist, Marko has gained a wealth of knowledge on various training issues for numerous clients. He also leads a team of educational experts and UI/UXers who assist organizations with their digital digital training needs. Marko is passionate about the future of learning and development and is eager to discuss it with you.


Marlies has found her calling in helping organizations with their Learning & Development challenges. Silviu Andrei Petran is the Founder and Managing Director of Exploratist, a pioneering brand & employee experience in Romania. With a track record of over a decade in putting 'people first' and a laser focus on employee experience, Andrei has developed innovative HR, marketing, and digital solutions and will share his forward-looking insights on how to stay ahead in the ever-evolving world of employee experience.

Madelon, a member of the YoungCapital team for 9 years, is responsible for Corporate Recruitment. "My ambition is to positively impact our organization's growth by attracting top-notch talent. In his current role as program manager 'Healthy Labor Market with Equal Opportunities for Everyone' at the Municipality of Amsterdam, Adam leads a team of specialists on various labor market-related themes to better utilize local labor potential and combat the mismatch. He works on programs related to talent development in secondary vocational education & the promotion of inclusive employment.

Stefan has diverse experience in growth training, learning experience design, UX design, and various forms of media (including photography and the Dutch version of Google Poetics). During his nearly 5-year career at Growth Tribe, Stefan has supported the delivery of quality learning experiences as the company has scaled to become Europe's go-to digital skills trainer. Outside of work, Stefan DJs and tends to a veritable forest of healthy houseplants.

Best known as a comedian & TV/radio host, Jörgen presented "Raymann is Laat" for years and has since become the Chief Inspiration Officer at Lenard & Lenard. He now works with entrepreneurs and businesses on topics such as employee happiness, inclusion and diversity and leadership.
Meet our moderators

Mark Wijsman is an experienced presenter, moderator, and host for live events, corporate films, podcasts, and webinars. He enjoys researching new subjects and possesses a keen intuition. Mark studied Communication Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and spent several years working abroad in content marketing. Thereafter, he developed his creative career both in front and behind the camera in Cape Town, New York, and Amsterdam. He also presented a weekly radio show in South Africa.

Together with Muriel Maas, Frank Philips founded Yes! We Connect. With his background in business management, Frank knows how to structure the onboarding challenges of organizations. For over 15 years, Frank has been actively involved in the development of onboarding programs for organizations such as BAM, Rabobank, KPMG, The Dutch Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment, Nationale Nederlanden, RVO, UWV, Vanderlande, and Booking.com. The focus is always on building connections. How do you ensure that new joiners feel seen, build a network with colleagues, and understand how they can contribute? This emphasis on connection is something he will leverage in his role as moderator on the Connect Stage, alongside Victor Romijn.
