Charlotte Melkert is the Co-Founder & CEO of Equalture, a hiring software company. She’s on a mission to ensure equal opportunities in hiring. She’s been awarded several nominations and titles, like Forbes 30 Under 30 & Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year 2022. She specializes in recruitment innovation and DE&I.

Stefan is the founder of Dialog. He is a former marine, has studied philosophy, and is an ethicist and legal philosopher. Over the years, Stefan has specialized in behavior change. His goal with Dialog is to help employees bring out the best in themselves so that they can contribute maximally to the success of the organization.

As an entrepreneurial psychologist, Gijs Coppens connects the world of technology and psychology. In 2019, he founded OpenUp because he believes that working on mental well-being should be accessible to everyone. OpenUp has since become a market leader in the field of mental well-being in the workplace.

Jet Delhij is a seasoned Learning & Development Specialist. She recently joined Lamb Weston in the EMEA region and started improving the onboarding as her first focus project.


In 3 words: positive, maximiser and icebreaker. Kelly is involved with Yes! We Connect in the role of programdeveloper and presenter. She has extensive experience in various HR roles in large scale organizations, both executive and policy-related. She also works as a trainer and facilitator.

Best known as a comedian & TV/radio host, Jörgen presented "Raymann is Laat" for years and has since become the Chief Inspiration Officer at Lenard & Lenard. He now works with entrepreneurs and businesses on topics such as employee happiness, inclusion and diversity and leadership.
